Here is a brief introduction to Mr. Vernon Orndorff, the new superintendent of Park #6 in Northwest Wyoming.

My name is Vernon Orndorff. I am the proud superintendent of Park County School District #6.
I am beginning my first year in Park 6 Schools as well as the great state of Wyoming. I have
served in the education profession for over 30 years. Most recently I was the superintendent of
Milford ISD in Milford, TX. Before Milford ISD, I was an administrator in the Flagler County
School District in Palm Coast, FL for twelve years. My life before school administration was
centered around coaching basketball. I chased that basketball dream from Kansas to Texas
and Florida.
I used to be an avid runner finishing 7 marathons, but the old knees aren’t what they used to
be. My lovely Bride, Cindy and I have taken up hiking and enjoying the beautiful areas of
Wyoming. I am a father of five children and three grandchildren.
